Q: Do you charge tax with your charges?

A: If your company applies service tax for service provider. So in this case our rate always is plus tax. For example, on telephonic conversation we told you per day charges 0000/ and your company applies service tax .Our rate would be 0000/+ tax.

Q: After confirm by mail from us, Can we cancel booking of your services?

A: Yes, you can cancel booking of our service.  But you will must have to pay our charges for how many days you confirmed by e-mail. Because, we manage our time very carefully for our respected clients. Therefore, whenever our clients cancel booking after confirmation they must have to pay.

Q: Do you translate Chinese language documents as well?

A: yes, we do.

Q: If you work more than your day duty timing so how do you charge?
